From Start To Finish, Partytime Builds A Sound Foundation For A Picture Perfect Wedding…

Partytime Productions was proud to produce this tent with an elevated floor & heating system for a recent wedding.  Partytime built a fully raised & substantially elevated floor, while working around a large tree and then installed our Clearspan structure with glass walls.  To keep the winter’s chill away we also created a custom sub-floor heating system.  These photos show our progression of our start to finish.  Count on Partytime to be your partner to produce the wedding of your dreams.

A One-Of-A-Kind Wedding Cocktail Tent Produced By Partytime Productions

Partytime Productions is proud to have provided this unique, one-of-a-kind setting at the Field Museum where we tented the terrace outside the Museum for cocktails following a high-profile wedding.  With the Chicago skyline as a backdrop, Partytime produced this event under very time-specific constraints for both the installation & removal as to minimize the obtrusion to Museum guests.  Count on Partytime to produce an amazing event for you even under “challenging” time constraints.

A Top Educational Institution Puts Its Trust In Partytime Productions

A Partytime Produced Gala For “Kids” Of All Ages….

Many months of planning and five days of installation provided the perfect venue for the Kohl Children’s Museum Gala in Glenview.  The Museum hosted a beautiful gala that was “one of a kind” and worthy of praise and recognition for their dedication to the children of Chicagoland.  The event took place in a Partytime Productions 80′ x 200′ Century tent atop a carpeted raised and leveled floor designed to accommodate the 600+ guests for an elegant seated dinner.  The “family gala” was definitely unique…a major fundraiser with a guest list that included children of all ages.  The museum showcased its ability to host an event of this magnitude and still attend to the needs and entertainment of both adults and children alike.  The night provided entertainment for all in the main tent during dinner, however, the truly unique aspect of the event followed dinner.  A neon decorated “children’s lounge” in a 40′ x 40′ Century tent attached to the main dining tent was opened for the children to dance to a DJ as the adults generously raised funds to support the work of the Museum. Congratulations to all involved in a job well done and right on point with the purpose of the Museum – THE CHILDREN!!

A Beautiful Maple Tree Is Not A “Sticky” Situation For Partytime Productions…

Partytime Productions was the obvious choice for this wedding and reception, as the tent and floor needed to be custom installed around a well-established Maple tree and landscaped fountain.  The ceremony featured our custom, dark chocolate distressed maple wood floor.  After the ceremony, guests cocktailed on the terrace while the main tent was reset, then guests partied the night away.  Count on Partytime Productions to help construct a comprehensive plan regardless of natures challenges.

No “Bluff-ing” ~ Partytime Produces Another Amazing Reception…

A bluff on Lake Michigan was the setting for this wedding reception.  Partytime Productions built a raised and level floor to extend the client’s usable space and installed a clear tent to maximize the amazing view of the property and lake.  At certain areas the floor was over 5 feet off the ground…no problem for Partytime! Decorative fabric & crystal beaded chandeliers were added as the final touch to create an elegant setting for cocktails, dining & dancing.  Count on Partytime Productions to come up with solutions to maximize space while creating a safe & stunning environment for your event.

A Birthday Celebration In Our New Sailcloth Tent & Over The Pool

Partytime Productions was called upon to set the scene for a 60th birthday celebration.  We installed our new sailcloth tent for a sit down Italian themed dinner, spanned the homeowner’s pool with a white melamine floor and installed a Clearspan tent to create a swanky after dinner dance space.  Surely a unique way to celebrate your special occasion.  Count on Partytime Productions to help turn your vision into reality!

Partytime “Found” The Perfect Solution For Loyola’s Founders Dinner

The East Quad of campus was the site of the 10th annual Loyola Founders Dinner, which hosted over 650 distinguished alumni and friends.  The focal point was a Partytime Productions 100′ x 148′ Clearspan Structure having a combination of both white and clear tops.  This tent was the perfect solution to accommodate all of the evening’s performance and entertainment needs.  Additionally, the use of clear sidewall on 80% of the tent allowed all to a view the campus as night fell.  Finally, we provided the perfectly climate controlled environment on an unseasonably wet and cold evening.  The event was an overwhelming success and Partytime was proud to be part of it!
