CHICAGO – February 27, 2012 – Partytime Productions, Inc. announced today that it has acquired certain assets of HDO Productions. Since 1962, HDO Productions has set the standard for excellence within the tent rental industry in serving the high-end corporate, social and special events industry.

“After months of discussion, I am pleased to announce this strategic addition,” said Jim Gallagher, Partytime Productions Chief Executive Officer and the Company’s founder. “Partytime & HDO are similar in many ways and by combining the two organizations we now become a leading provider to the special events industry. The synergies & opportunities are tremendous as we now have over 76 years of collective experience, a best-in-class professional staff and an arsenal of top quality inventory. One thing remains constant, our commitment to complete customer service & satisfaction.”

Partytime Productions was proud to play a key role in the production of the 2012 Leather & Laces Party held in Indianapolis for the 2012 Super Bowl. Partytime constructed a raised & leveled floor, Clearspan Structure and a complete heating system on the 5^thFloor Terrace in downtown Indianapolis. This celebrity filled VIP party utilized the climate-controlled tent for dancing, cocktails & special artist performances. By all accounts our tent literally “raised the roof” on one of the hottest Super Bowl parties of 2012. A Partytime Produced Gala For “Kids” Of All Ages….

Many months of planning and five days of installation provided the perfect venue for the Kohl Children’s Museum Gala in Glenview. The Museum hosted a beautiful gala that was “one of a kind” and worthy of praise and recognition for their dedication to the children of Chicagoland. The event took place in a Partytime Productions 80′ x 200′ Century tent atop a carpeted raised and leveled floor designed to accommodate the 600+ guests for an elegant seated dinner. The “family gala” was definitely unique…a major fundraiser with a guest list that included children of all ages. The museum showcased its ability to host an event of this magnitude and still attend to the needs and entertainment of both adults and children alike. The night provided entertainment for all in the main tent during dinner, however, the truly unique aspect of the event followed dinner. A neon decorated “children’s lounge” in a 40′ x 40′ Century tent attached to the main dining tent was opened for the children to dance to a DJ as the adults generously raised funds to support the work of the Museum. Congratulations to all involved in a job well done and right on point with the purpose of the Museum – THE CHILDREN!!

A Beautiful Maple Tree Is Not A “Sticky” Situation For Partytime Productions…

Partytime Productions was the obvious choice for this wedding and reception, as the tent and floor needed to be custom installed around a well-established Maple tree and landscaped fountain. The ceremony featured our custom, dark chocolate distressed maple wood floor. After the ceremony, guests cocktailed on the terrace while the main tent was reset, then guests partied the night away.
