Hospital Employee Appreciation Clearspan Tent

Partytime Productions provided tenting, lighting, HVAC equipment and support services for a prominent Chicagoland hospital’s 2009 annual employee appreciation day. Over 5,000 employees of the hospital attended it’s employee appreciation day celebration.  Employees were treated to an interactive show as well a breakfast, a lunch or an early dinner depending on what shift there were scheduled to work.  The 8,650 square foot clearspan tent provided by Partytime Productions was fitted with HVAC equipment that came in handy; the heat was utilized to handle the chill of the fall morning and the air conditioning was used to cool the guests in the warm afternoon.
